This is a true Masala Chai tea blend. A wonderful full strength, full bodied cup of black tea, laced with Southern Indian spices including cardamon and ginger, with a fiery touch of black pepper. This is sure to please the spice loving tea drinkers. Try it with full cream milk and a spoonful of sugar to give an even more authentic taste.
Ingredients: Indian Assam and Kenyan Nandi Black Teas (CTC and BP), ginger, coriander, cardamom, cinnamon, clove, black pepper.

How to Brew:
Take a teaspoon per cup. Boil freshly drawn water, infuse leaves for three minutes should be drunk with milk, add a dash of sugar for that authentic Chai taste.
The traditional way: Put a good teaspoon of this tea directly into enough cold milk for 1 cup, now gently bring to the boil and leave to simmer slowly for about 20 minutes, you will be left with a wonderful spice infused cup of milky tea, now add sugar to make a very sweet warming chai, delicious!
