How much is shipping?

Please see my ‘Delivery’ page for full details on costs.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

I aim to ship orders within 1-3 business days of the order being placed. During busy holiday periods such as Christmas this may extend to 3-5 business days for shipment.

Once your order has been shipped, I estimate 2-3 business  days for delivery within the UK via Royal Mail Tracked 48hrs.

For international orders, I anticipate a delivery time of somewhere between 5-12 business  days after shipment. However, I cannot guarantee this as there may be circumstances that occur which are out of our control.

All parcels are dispatched with tracking numbers and those of a higher value may require a signature upon delivery.

Can you arrange a special or guaranteed delivery?

If you would like Special or Guaranteed delivery, then please use the contact form or email me at info@rosieleatea.co.uk with your request and I can provide you with a quote.

As all of my items are made to order, I may be unable to offer this option during busy periods such as Christmas but please feel free to ask.

How will my order be shipped?

All orders are shipped with tracking.

Parcels destined for an address within the UK are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48hrs.

International parcels are sent via Royal Mail Tracked International. Once they have left the UK, they are then handed over to the destination country’s postal service i.e., La Poste or USPS. The tracking number will still be valid once they are handed over so you will be able to track the progress of your package.

Large orders may be eligible for shipment via courier services, if this applies, I will contact you prior to the shipment of your parcel.

My order is a gift for someone else, will there be prices on the delivery note?

No, I do not include prices on the delivery notes inside of our packages.

Please note, international packages will have a full customs declaration, this includes the description of the items inside the box as well as item prices, attached to the outside of the box.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Unfortunately, I do not offer a gift-wrapping service. However, all of my orders are sent out wrapped in white tissue paper and sealed with one of our labels.

Can I request a custom tea blend?

Sadly, I am unable to offer customised tea blends. If you would like custom labelling on any of my products for wedding favours, subscription boxes or other reasons then please get in touch via my contact form or info@rosieleatea.co.uk.

I do not claim to be an expert graphic designer as my expertise lies in tea, but I am  happy to work with you using stock images, or images supplied by yourself, to create a custom design for you.

I don’t like the blend in one of the literary/fandom products, can I swap it for something else?

If you do not like the blend in one of the products in my literary or fandom ranges, please contact us before placing your order and we will discuss changing it to one of the other teas from our regular range.

I am  always happy to try and help customers with their requests however, I do ask that you not leave a note on your order requesting a blend change. This is because some of my blends cannot be used in certain packaging options, such as the test tubes, and a change may not be possible.

How long will my tea last?

All my blends carry a minimum of 12 months best before date (subject to correct storage), which you can find on the back of the packaging. If you don’t finish your tea within 12 months, don’t worry! They won’t go off or become dangerous to consume but they may begin to lose some of their flavour and character of the blend, this is especially so with my fruit infusions.

How should I store my teas?

Please store your tea in a cool, dark place, away from strong odours – this will keep them as fresh as possible for the longest period. I do recommend dark containers, such as wooden or metal caddies to prolong the freshness of your blends.

If you choose to store your blends in a glass container or in an area exposed to direct sunlight, please note that they may begin to discolour or drop in flavour.

All my tea blends are offered for sale in my Eco Packs, due to the nature of these packs being fully biodegradable they will not offer the barrier that a plastic pack would against light and outside odours. Please bear this in mind and be very careful how you store your teas to ensure that they remain as fresh as possible.

Do you offer wholesale/trade?

No, sorry, I no longer offer trade or wholesale discounts.

How big are your products?

Each individual product has its weight and dimensions in the product descriptions. If you are still unsure or would like to know more details, please use my contact form to get in touch.

Can I purchase your tea from anywhere apart from your online store?

The simple answer to this is no, I sell direct to my retail customers to ensure that I can offer the best possible prices.

If you are unsure about which blends to try, or if you will like them, we do offer ‘mini’ sample packs of tea with weights that range from 8g to 15g depending on the blend.
