We have put some of our more frequently asked questions (FAQ's) here to help you make a more informed decision on our services.
Unfortunately, we do not offer the creation of customised tea blends. However, we do have over 120 blends to choose from and will be happy to work with you to create custom labelling.
We do not claim to be graphic designers as our expertise is in tea! We use stock images and are also happy to use any you may supply us with to create your custom label.
In our fandom and literary ranges, if you find a product you like but are not keen on the blend, we can replace this with another one of our teas from our regular range.
We are always happy to try and help customers with their requests, so please don't hesitate to contact us and we will see if we will see what we can do.
We do not offer a gift wrap service, but all our orders are sent out to the recipient wrapped in white tissue paper and sealed with our label.
We are happy to discuss supplying retail packs, unfortunately, we do not offer catering. Please send us a message outlining your requirements and we will be happy to help where we can.
Each individual product will have weight selections or details on it's weight in the description.
All our teas and infusions are processed to order, they are not packaged up in advance. This ensures that every one of our products is received in the best possible quatlity and freshness. All the teas will last for an absolute minimum of 12 months from the date of purchase providing it is stored away from direct light and strong odours. Gift packaged items will be shipped with a minimum of 12 months Best Before date on them.
We send all our parcels with a tracking number and a signature may be required at the time of receipt.
We estimate 2-3 BUSINESS days from the date of shipping within the UK.
Outside of the UK we would anticipate a delivery time somewhere within a 5-7 BUSINESS day time period, however we cannot guarantee this as there may be multiple circumstances outside of our control that could affect this.
We can certainly look at your request, and would be happy to provide you with a quote. All our products are made to order so in times of increased sales, such as the run up to the Christmas Holidays, we may be unable to expedite your order, but please feel free to ask!
All orders are shipped with tracking. Within the UK parcels are sent on a Tracked 48 hour delivery with Royal Mail.
All overseas parcels are sent via UK Royal Mail post, they are then handed over to the recipients relevant country postal service, there will always be a tracking number provided so that you can watch the progress of your package.
Large orders may be eligible for Courier shipment, we will advise you of this prior to shipment
