How to Brew:
Take a teaspoon per cup. Boil freshly drawn water, infuse leaves for up to three minutes and drink either with or without milk, either way it makes a beautiful cup of tea. You may like to add a little sugar to this tea, or even a slice of lemon, but it is by no means essential!
