Good Tea News - An Italian good news story

In these uncertain times and with all the news circulating around COVID-19 and the impact it is having on everyone, we though it would be good to share a good news story.

One of our first and long-time customers based in Italy placed an order with us last week. With the current lock down and suffering currently being seen in Italy, we checked that postal services were still operating to Italy before blending and sending the order using the Royal Mail tracked service that we use for all our shipments, either UK or overseas. We let the customer know that the order had been shipped and that we would track it and hoped that they would receive the order, but that there could be a significant delay.

We were so pleased that within the week, our parcel arrived safe and sound to our customer deep in the heart of Italy.

Well done and thank you to both Royal Mail and Post Italianne for making the world seem a little bit smaller and more personal in these unsettling times, and thank you to our customers, who continue to buy from us.

We have recently increased our already strict hygiene processes for all aspects of our business to protect both you the customer and us, the producer to ensure we are as safe as we can be.

By working as good consumers and responsible supplier we are sure we can all come through this experience the wiser.
