East of India Matchbox – Little Dog

This sweet little porcelain hippo comes in a simple brown kraft box that opens in the style of a matchbox. The box itself has the wording “Sending you huge hippo hugs” to the front. The little hippo is snoozing inside the box waiting for the recipient slide it open to find it hiding inside.

It is such a lovely little gift and is a perfect, if simple, way to tell someone that massive hugs are being sent their way!

The hippo is made from a cream ceramic with a beautifully smooth finish, it is standing. The only extra details are two eyes which have been painted in black.
