Our Assam comes from the Borengajuli Estate which produces the most fabulous teas. This 2nd Flush Assam is no exception and comes to you as fresh as the day it was plucked! The deep malted Assam flavour is captured at the point of plucking and the flavour retained to taste just as it should.

A perfect tea if you are looking for strength in character and colour, it will easily give you that morning boost!

Assam, Mangaldai - India. Grown:1000 ft above sea level.Naturally contains caffeine.

Large Volume Packs are available in resealable regular packs or Eco Packs, please make your selection for  the options.

How to Brew:
Take a teaspoon per cup (2 for a mug). Boil freshly drawn water, infuse leaves for three minutes and drink preferably with milk as these leaves have been selected to be drunk with milk, however if you would prefer it black then may we suggest a little shorter brewing time. You may like to add sugar to this tea, but it is by no means essential!

 Due to manufacturing processes, this tea may contain traces of: Cereals containing gluten, tree nuts, peanuts, sesame seeds, soya, mustard and sulphur dioxide (>10mg/kg). (sulphur dioxide is used to preserve all dried fruits and prevents them spoiling).
