This is a sweet, exotic mixture of excellent black tea,  spiced with aromatic ginger, cardamom and cinnamon then  the added sweetness of vanilla. The perfect way is to drink this is hot, mixed with milk or cream as a latte but you can also drink it on its own, hot or over ice. It ís simply yummy!!!!

Ingredients:
Assam Indian black tea, Sri Lankan black tea, vanilla pieces and flavouring, ginger pieces, cardamom pieces, cinnamon pieces.

How to Brew:
Take a teaspoon per cup (2 for a mug). Boil freshly drawn water, infuse leaves for three minutes can be drunk with or without milk; to make a rich Chai Latte make your tea much stronger by using less water and then add  lots of warm milk and sugar, fabulous!

The traditional way: Put a good teaspoon of this tea directly into enough cold milk for 1 cup, now gently bring to the boil and leave to simmer slowly for about 20 minutes, you will be left with a wonderful spice infused cup of milky tea, now add sugar to make a very sweet warming chai, delicious!
