Ingredients:
Apple Pieces, Hibiscus, Elderberries, Freeze-dried Strawberry (12%), Rosehip, Pineapple Pieces (pineapple, sugar),Natural Flavouring.

Naturally caffeine free.

How To Brew:

Use 1 teaspoon per cup (2 for a mug). Boil freshly drawn water, infuse for up to 9 minutes. Drink without milk.
