This is a lovely balance of flavours, I started blending this purely for myself and after several friends asked to try it and loved it so I thought it should be put into our list.
The light freshness of the mint combined with the heady scents of Oolong makes for a wonderful refreshing tea.
I have also found that it really helps with digestion too.
Ingredients: Ti Guan Yin Oolong, Peppermint & Spearmint
Naturally contains caffeine.
How to Brew:
Take a teaspoon per cup (2 for a mug). Boil freshly drawn water, infuse leaves for up to three minutes and drink without milk.
