Blenders Notes: This tea is of the highest quality and comes form the high peak mountains in China, and is always plucked with a full bud and just one leaf. The story of this tea (if to believed) is this:
"A young man and a beautiful young woman from a tea plantation were in love, but the local tyrant seized her as his concubine. She escaped, only to learn that the tyrant had killed her lover. Finding his body deep in the mountains she wept and wept until she became the rain, while her lover's body turned into a bush. Which is why, according to the legend, the area where Mao Feng tea grows is forever cloudy and humid the whole year round."
Certainly a leaf for green tea drinkers that appreciate a superior tea in their cup.

How to Brew:
Take a teaspoon per cup (2 for a mug). Heat freshly drawn water to about 80 degrees centigrade, any hotter and you will damage the leaf so causing the tea to turn bitter. Infuse for no longer than three minutes and drink without milk.
Due to manufacturing processes, this tea may contain traces of: Cereals containing gluten, tree nuts, peanuts, sesame seeds, milk, soya, mustard and sulphur dioxide (>10mg/kg). (sulphur dioxide is used to preserve all dried fruits and prevents them spoiling).
