Because we are based at the seaside we just had to blend a green tea that reminds us of our bracing sea air!
We used wonderful high-grade Sencha and enhanced it using seabuck thorn to add a gentle saltiness, mixed in bright spearmint, a dash of lemon verbena and then sprinkled blue cornflower reminiscent of our glorious blue coastline.
The result a bright, refreshing blend which has proved to be a success time and time again.
Ingredients: Japanese Sencha, Sea buckthorn, Lemon Verbena, Spearmint and Cornflowers

How to Brew: Take 1 teaspoon for a cup (2 for a mug). Heat freshly drawn water to about 80 degrees centigrade, infuse for no longer than three minutes and drink without milk.
Due to manufacturing processes, this tea may contain traces of: Cereals containing gluten, tree nuts, peanuts, sesame seeds, soya, mustard and sulphur dioxide (>10mg/kg). (sulphur dioxide is used to preserve all dried fruits and prevents them spoiling).
