This is a really light, refreshing, cleansing tea infusion of natural Peppermint and Spearmint leaves, we do not add any oils to enhance the flavour, everything you taste in the cup is purely natural mint leaves.
If mint is your thing then let these leaves bounce about your cup before bouncing the flavour of fresh mint off your tongue.

This tea comes as a loose leaf or for convenience in biodegradable, plastic free teabags.
How to Brew:
Take a teaspoon per cup (2 for a mug). Boil freshly drawn water, infuse for three to five minutes and drink without milk.
Due to manufacturing processes, this tea may contain traces of: Cereals containing gluten, tree nuts, peanuts, sesame seeds, soya, mustard and sulphur dioxide (>10mg/kg). (sulphur dioxide is used to preserve all dried fruits and prevents them spoiling).
