Ti Guan Yin tea is named after the Chinese Goddess of Mercy,  Guan Yin.

Blenders Notes:

A wonderful aromatic premium Oolong tea, being a gently oxidised leaf, so taking away the slightly bitter taste that you may get from a green tea. Our particular choice of Oolong is a delicate light leaf, but still with plenty of flavours, with slight hints of peach.

Calling all weight worriers, it is said that this tea can help to burn off fat, as well as help digestion and a healthy metabolism! We are not scientists but what we will say is that this is a wonderful tea with a sweet, floral-fruit flavour that ís perfect for those who want something a bit lighter than black tea but want to avoid the bitterness that can be tasted in green tea.

A magic little tip: These leaves unfurl and are very large, they give so much wonderful tea from the first brew that they can be used again and again until you have used up all the flavour, so please don't throw them away after the first brew!

Naturally contains caffeine.
