Hibiscus is a dried whole flower, it is very refreshing has a slightly tart taste not too dissimilar to cranberries, and brews to a deep red colour. It has been know for centuries for it's health benefits.
The flowers can be ground down if you wish to brew in small quantities.
You can drink this tea hot or cool it in the fridge or over ice as a refreshing healthy caffeine free drink.

How to Brew:
Take a teaspoon per cup (2 for a mug). Boil freshly drawn water, infuse for up to five minutes and drink without milk.
