Japanese Sencha is a delightful light refreshing super green tea. This has a clean, light fragrance of a fresh tea.
Apart from the fact that this is a great green tea it is very high in polyphenols, catechins and antioxidants which has been suggested through scientific research that these elements have powerful health benefits.

How to Brew:
Take a teaspoon per cup (2 for a mug). Heat freshly drawn water to about 80 degrees centigrade, try not to use it any hotter as this can burn the leaves resulting in a bitter taste. Infuse for no longer than three minutes and drink without milk.
