Otherwise known as Imperial Pinhead. A robust but sweet, rolled green tea from Zheijiang Province in China. Watch the little balls unfurl in your pot or cup; it’s fun to watch as well lovely to drink! This tea gives a lightly smoked, buttery and nutty taste.
How to Brew:
Heat freshly drawn water to between 75 and 80 degrees. Infuse for maximum of 3 minutes. Don’t forget to reuse the leaf by up to 3 times!
