Otherwise known as Imperial Pinhead. This is a robust but sweet, rolled green tea from Zheijiang Province in China.
It really is an excellent green tea at a fantastic good value price. Watch the little balls unfurl in your pot or cup; it ís fun to watch as well lovely to drink!

How to brew:
Take a teaspoon per cup (2 for a mug). Heat freshly drawn water to between 75 and 80 degrees. Infuse for maximum of 3 minutes.
A budget tip, use this leaf a second time round as it still has plenty to give with a second brew!
