This is from the first flush plucking, which occurs normally from the end of March to end of April, this flush gives a refreshing distinctive flavour and light in colour.
Darjeeling is generally known for it's poor colour in the cup, certainly if you add milk, but believe us it is so full of vibrant flavours.

How to Brew:
Take a teaspoon per cup (2 for a mug). Boil freshly drawn water, infuse leaves for three minutes and drink with the smallest dash of milk or preferably without milk, try it with a slice of lemon. You may add sugar if you wish.
